Dorothy Wilkins Peppers Thatro was born in the city of Winder, Barrow County, Georgia on December 5th, 1924. She was a loving and supportive friend, neighbor, sister, sister-in-christ, caregiver, teacher, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her life was devoted to serving her Lord and Savior and thriving to "know Him better". Mrs. Pepper's other great devotion was bestowing compassion and kindness to all people, throughout the world. Rightly, she is remembered as selfless and gregarious by those whom she encountered. She was well-respected for her unyielding faith in Christ, and knowledge of spiritual and biblical matters.
